These are “personal Marys,” that is Marys created in collaboration with the performers to bring some idea of what she means to them to life.
This version of the Nutcracker was for an immersive party in which the characters lived in shop window style displays and invited party goers to interact with them.
Untitled Communion creates space for catharsis and hope within our current political climate. Without words, it encourages us to scream, breathe and fortify ourselves for the struggle ahead. The gods pictured draw on imagery that is surreal, religious and childish, and usher in our inner strength.

REDCAT NOW Fest 2017
This is a collection of sketches I have done for my work with the K-8 Dance Charter Schools, Gabriella Charter School. We create work both around narratives like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and around themes like Our Los Angeles.
The costumes are for a huge end of year show showcasing every student in the school and over 700 costumes. I lead a team of parent volunteers in building the costumes for the show.
